Inside the Biggest UK Agency Event at Journey Further

Our biggest UK agency event got even bigger. Introducing Clarity at Speed Day 2023, Journey Further’s annual culture and values event, held at the Everyman Cinema in Leeds. More than 170 people from across our UK offices came together to reflect on how we grow, improve, and live our company values as an agency. Bringing our UK teams together

With teams from all of our UK office locations under one roof, Clarity at Speed Day 2023 was our biggest agency event to date – and we made the most of it. The day created space for open discussion, debate and shared thinking on how we continue to build a better way of doing business as we grow.  

Why culture and values matter at Journey Further

As our Chief Experience Officer, Matt Kwiecinski, explained during the day, Clarity at Speed Day is about more than bringing people together. It’s about creating the space to reflect on how we grow as a business without losing what makes Journey Further, Journey Further. “We’ve changed quite a bit since the last Clarity at Speed Day. We’ve grown from 50 people, to well over 170 now. Despite the difference, there’s one real consistency which I think is really important to call out, and that’s the importance of getting everybody together to focus on our purpose and values, and to work out how we create a better way of doing business. That’s the thing that makes you most proud.”   Moments like these help ensure our values remain lived and shared as we continue to grow.  

More than talks: time together as a team

After a morning of insight-packed discussions, we then embarked on two days of incredible activities: alpaca walking, paintball, go-karting, baking, manicures, escape rooms, bowling, skiing, wine tasting and so much more.
