Say hello to our new People Director

We’re delighted to introduce Kim Stratchan, our new People Director, who will lead our global people strategy.
With over 10 years of experience in learning and development, coaching and talent, Kim will be responsible for leading our people strategy. This will include developing a roadmap of initiatives that will enable us to continue our rapid growth whilst enhancing culture and employee experience. Key areas of focus will include learning and development, EDI, career frameworks, ESG, performance, recruitment and engagement.
Kim joins us to build on the success of our awards for #1 best mid-sized company for wellbeing and the 11th best company to work for in the UK.
